MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and mentor the Showroom Sales Team
- Manage showrooms roster ensuring right staff available for each day
- Showing customers through the showroom and our timber flooring ranges
- Quote management
- Customer communication and updates
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Ensuring after sales communication and follow up
- Updating and maintain HubSpot
- Actively searching for sales leads with Trade, Architects and Designers
- Ensure correct communication to hand over won jobs to operations team
- Working with the marketing team to plan and host events to lift Kustom Timbers profile with potential clients, including Architects and Builders
ABOUT YOU
Having worked in a similar sales role or management position, you will have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Your presentation, written communication and a professional phone manner is exceptional with a Customer First focus. Previous roles have seen you manage a small team of sales staff with strong mentorship.
SKILLS & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Worked in an office/showroom environment
- Worked in Design or Construction industry
- Competent in Word, Excel, Gmail
- Experience using estimating software
- Basic understanding of Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail
- Understanding and knowledge of CRM & Phone systems
- Organisational skills
- Time management
- Sales driven
