ABOUT THE ROLE
As Showroom Sales Consultant you will have a strong focus on customer experience. Working as part of the National Sales Team you will have an in-depth understanding of our product range and set customers expectation on the Kustom Timber product and process. You will also communicate with all internal team members to ensure the customer experience is of high standard.

  • Full-Time Position
  • South Yarra Location
  • Tuesday – Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Saturday 9am – 4pm

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Showing customers through the showroom
  • Building and sending customers quotes, and keeping systems up to date (Orbis, HubSpot)
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Customer follow up
  • Ensuring after sales communication and follow up
  • Working with the team to ensure presentation standards in the showroom
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure delivery of customer experience

ABOUT YOU

Having worked in a similar sales role, you will have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. You will have excellent presentation, written communication and a professional phone manner. You will be confident greeting customers in the showroom and taking them through our products, as well as over the phone.

  • Worked in an office/showroom environment
  • Worked in design or construction industry
  • Competent in Word, Excel, Gmail
  • Estimating software
  • Marketing
  • Excellent written communication

  • Organisational Skills
