About the Role:
Kustom Timber are looking for a Showroom Sales Consultant to join our growing, high-performing team in Cremorne. Working as part of the National Sales Team, you will have the opportunity to work with a unique product range and a wide variety of clients.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients and understanding their project requirements
- Taking clients through the showroom and product range to provide a customised solution to suit their needs
- Building and sending customers quotes
- Managing and responding to customer enquiries via phone, emails, and face to face
- Working with the team to ensure presentation standards in the showroom
- Working closely with other departments to ensure delivery of customer experience, including after sales
- Meeting company sales targets and monthly budgets
Full training and ongoing development will be given with a pathway to sales BDM for the right candidate.
About You
We are looking for a highly driven, self-disciplined, enthusiastic professional to join our team. Having worked in a customer service or sales role, you will have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. You will have excellent presentation, written communication and a professional phone manner. You will be confident greeting customers in the showroom and taking them through our product range.

About the Role:
Kustom Timber is on the lookout for a dynamic Operations Assistant to become an integral part of our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Customers, Tradespeople and Suppliers, providing crucial administrative and logistical support. This is a hands on roll with a mix of office, site and warehouse work as one of your main tasks is to ensure the quality of product arriving from our partners before it is delivered to site.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to project sites
- Utilise software tools to facilitate the transition of tenders into projects
- Review and ensure accurate creation of job details using software
- Generate purchase orders to suppliers – local and overseas
- Organise deliveries and maintain accurate cost allocation
- Provide support to the sales team, including stock management
- Liaise with logistics suppliers and manage stock reports
- Review quality control reports and ensure stock is to specification
- On-site inspections and reporting to suppliers
- Ensure client samples are to specifications

As the Senior Floor Installer you will be responsible for being the lead on installation projects, providing appropriate guidance to the team of installers while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of floor installers, providing training and mentorship
- Specialise in complex or difficult installations, including custom patterns
- Collaborate with the team to ensure you are aware of customer preferences and choices before installation
- Oversee quality control to ensure installations are completed properly
- Stay updated on industry trends, certifications, and new installation techniques
- Establish and enforce high-quality workmanship
- Act as a point of contact for any issues that arise during the installation process
About you:
- 3+ years experience as a floor installer with proven experience with timber
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations
- Proficiency in using the tolls needed to complete the installations

About the Role:
We are looking for a labourer who is able to perform a variety of skills. This will include, sanding, staining & coating of all types of staircases, and timber surfaces. You will be working with industry leaders in the field and will be required to have a high level of attention to detail and finished results. Full-time and subcontracting employment available.
About you:
You will be an all-rounder with a broad range of skills. Previous experience with sanding and staining timber surfaces is preferred, however not essential. You will be eager to learn and enhance your skill set, you must be well presented and have exceptional communication skills when dealing with customers.
Current drivers license & vehicle will be required as you will travel to different areas throughout Melbourne, and a current white card is also required.

About the Role:
Kustom Timber is seeking a professional and experienced Commercial Cleaner for a newly created role. In this role you will be responsible for the prep and cleaning of new and existing flooring, including both engineered and solid hardwood timber flooring. Onsite training will be provided for the successful candidate with opportunity for career progression.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- Vacuuming, Floor Scrubber and low speed buffer
- General maintenance including re-oiling where required
- Aftercare management
About you:
Applicants must be well presented, organised, excellent communicators and work well both in a team environment and autonomously. Experience in a similar commercial cleaning role is preferred but not required.

- Strong Time management and good organisational skills
