As Showroom Design Consultant you will have a strong focus on customer experience with a passion for interior design and architecture. Working as part of the National Sales Team, you will have an in-depth understanding of our product range and set customers expectation on the Kustom Timber product and process, ensuring the customer experience is of high standard.

  • 5 Days a Week


  • Showing customers through the showroom
  • Building and sending customers quotes, and keeping systems up to date (Orbis, HubSpot)
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Customer follow up
  • Ensuring after sales communication and follow up
  • Working with the team to ensure presentation standards in the showroom
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure delivery of customer experience


Having worked in a similar sales role, you will have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. You will have excellent presentation, written communication and a professional phone manner. You will be confident greeting customers in the showroom and taking them through our products, as well as over the phone.
