ABOUT THE ROLE

Kustom Timber is seeking a motivated and organised Admin Assistant who is a fast leaner and can hit the ground running. You will provide a range of administrative services and support the wider business. Ideally suited to someone with a passion for interior design, architecture, or the building industry.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General reception and administration roles
  • Job management, bookings and calendar coordination
  • Preparing and managing quotes, purchase orders and invoicing
  • Ordering and managing deliveries to sites
  • Liaising with subcontractors and other team members
  • Responding to email and phone enquiries

ABOUT YOU

You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to learn as you go. It is important that you have strong organisation skills and that your time management is something your previous employers speak highly of. You will bring an enthusiastic and friendly vibe to the team.

SKILLS & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
  • Proficient use of Microsoft software and Google Docs
  • Strong time management, administration and organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications would be advantageous
